- Inspecting the condition of all surfaces to be painted
- Provide a written proposal that clearly qualifies the scope of work and expectations for both parties
- Cleaning the surfaces, power washing, scraping, sanding, sweeping
- Applying primer, as needed
- Remove/reinstall caulking where deteriorated, cracked or missing
- Mask and protect all non-painted surfaces prior to painting
- Apply two coats of high quality 100% acrylic exterior grade paint
- Spray and back-roll &/or back-brush depending on application
- Inspect all work upon completion

- Spot prime all repairs
- Remove/reinstall caulking where deteriorated, cracked or missing
- Apply two coats of high-quality interior grade latex paint
- Spray apply and/or back-roll depending on application
- Inspect all work upon completion
